A fine dining restaurant and luxury bar was also included, as well as a conference and function area to seat up to 180 people.   The spa, which is now situated in the converted Hall, totals 6,000 sq ft and features the latest treatments and technology making it one of the most impressive in the North of England. 

Phase 2 :  The Keep is the second phase of the Raithwaite Hall hotel development and adds a further 28 rooms to the existing 45 bed hotel through a sympathetic redevelopment and refurbishment. While adding to the existing 5 star accommodation the Keep also adds a unique angle to Raithwaite Hall offering dog friendly hotel rooms as well as onsite kennels, dog grooming and walking facilities.

Phase 3 : The Cottages Phase forms a 3rd commission for Evolve involving extensive refurbishments which see each cottages is individually styled to the same high standard by DEPA, the internationally renowned interior design company which styled the main hotel.
