The historic Grade II Listed Crispin House stands in Leeds City Centre between New York Road and North Street. The building is being refurbished and converted to form 82 rental apartments, making it one of the largest ‘build to let’ schemes in the city of Leeds.

Constructed back in 1914, Crispin House began its days as a clothing factory, but over the years has fallen into disrepair requiring extensive works to maintain the structural integrity of the building and enhance its overall appearance.

The transformation will deliver 82 apartments, retail elements at ground floor level together with a residents gym and will be known as Crispin Lofts.  The scheme will provide an exceptional standard of accommodation with character, with huge windows offering natural light and great views across the city and will appeal to those seeking stunning loft living space in a central and vibrant location.  The flat roof is to be paved to enable use as a terrace and a new canopy entrance will be provided.
