The facility is a new purpose built office development on the Watermead Business Park in Syston close to the current head office on Fosse Way.

It was identified that a new long term home for the Dunelm Group was required to continue to support Dunelm’s expansion and enable future growth and this 60,000 sq ft purpose built office will herald a new era for the Company. An option is available to add an extra 20,000 sq ft in the future.

The new build development provides spacious new facilities for the business and all Dunelm Group Head Quarters staff car parking is provided onsite.  The new facility is approximately twice the size of the previous headquarters.
