Evolve have been heavily involved in the delivery of a new Passivhaus Office development in the Midlands.

The Waterlinks building is one of the first Passivhaus offices in the UK and forms part of Raynsway's Watermead business park which is being developed with high environmental considerations and makes use of extensive SUDS drainage and reed pond.   The facility will provide 6,000 sq ft of new Regional Corporate Headquarters.

Following the Passivhaus guidelines, the development incorporates:

  • Large south facing windows protected by solar shading
  • Super insulation
  • Triple glazing
  • High levels of air tightness
  • Mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery
  • PV panels installed on the roof

Evolve are providing multi disciplinary services for this development, which forms the second scheme on the Watermead Business Park delivered by Evolve.
