The Evolve team has delivered over £300m projects in the last 3 years across all business streams, but with strong foundations in the Public Sector which accounts for almost 60% of our current workload. A credit and testament to our organisation is the level of repeat orders from existing clients for a variety of commissions from bespoke secondment through to technical and procurement advice to full project delivery.
Brent has a broad experience of cost management and managing budgets. His specialism lies in contractor negations and management of the clients overall outturn costs.
Brent has worked in private practice in the Midlands for over 20 years. Previously Brent had his own practice in Leamington and has been commissioned on a number of projects for Warwick District Council and is currently
still retained.
Paul has a vast amount of experience within the private and public sector. His specialism is within the Public Sector Procurement and Procurement as a whole.
Paul also has a broad experience of planning, design development and implementation of the project stages with skills in pre and post contract management as well as excellent knowledge of funding bodies such as The Welcome Trust, Higher Education Funding Council (HEFC), Joint Investment Framework (JIF), and Science Research Investment
Fund (SRIF).
