Evolve have been commissioned by Warwick District Council to carry out commercial and construction contract review for the Joint Venture ‘mixed use’ development at Chandos Street in Leamington Spa between the Council and Wilson Bowden Developments. Evolve are ultimately assessing the development costs and income stream to ensure the Council attains its correct ‘overage’ share.
The scheme incorporates retail, residential and open public circulation areas, along with public toilets, and a multi storey car park.
